1. SMS Consent1. SMS 수신 동의

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from ComCleaners regarding your service requests, pickup and delivery updates, order notifications, and receipt/reward verification. Consent is not a condition of purchase.휴대폰 번호를 제공하고 옵트인하면 서비스 요청, 픽업·배송 현황, 주문 알림, 영수증·리워드 확인과 관련된 문자 메시지를 ComCleaners로부터 수신하는 것에 동의하는 것입니다. 동의는 구매의 조건이 아닙니다.

2. Message Frequency and Costs2. 메시지 빈도 및 비용

Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically a few messages per active order). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.메시지 빈도는 서비스 이용에 따라 다릅니다(활성 주문당 수 건 수준). 통신사 요금제에 따라 메시지 및 데이터 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다.

3. Opt-Out and Help3. 수신 거부 및 도움말

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or call (213) 999-LA99.어떤 메시지에든 STOP으로 회신하면 언제든 SMS 수신을 취소할 수 있습니다. STOP 수신 후 확인 메시지 1건을 발송하며, 다시 옵트인하지 않는 한 추가 메시지를 보내지 않습니다. 도움이 필요하면 HELP로 회신하거나 (213) 999-LA99로 연락하세요.

4. No Sharing of Mobile Information4. 모바일 정보 제3자 공유 금지

We do not share your mobile information — phone numbers and SMS consent status — with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the service messages you opted into and is never sold or rented. 5. Carriers and Liability5. 통신사 및 면책

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon for emergencies.통신사는 메시지 지연이나 미전송에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. SMS 전송은 보장되지 않으므로 긴급 상황용으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
