1. What ComCleaners Rewards Are1. ComCleaners Reward란

ComCleaners Rewards are promotional loyalty credits earned through the ComCleaners Rewards program. One (1) Reward provides one dollar ($1.00) of credit toward eligible services at participating ComCleaners Certified Partners. Rewards are a promotional award offered free of charge — they are not purchased by the customer.ComCleaners Reward는 ComCleaners 리워드 프로그램을 통해 적립되는 프로모션 로열티 크레딧입니다. 1 Reward는 참여 ComCleaners 인증 파트너의 대상 서비스에서 1달러($1.00) 상당의 크레딧으로 사용됩니다. Reward는 무료로 제공되는 프로모션 상품이며 고객이 구매한 것이 아닙니다.

2. What Rewards Are Not2. Reward가 아닌 것

Rewards are not cash, are not redeemable for cash, do not earn interest, and are not an investment product. Rewards cannot be purchased, sold, auctioned, bartered, or exchanged for cryptocurrency or any other digital asset.Reward는 현금이 아니며 현금으로 전환할 수 없고, 이자가 발생하지 않으며, 투자 상품이 아닙니다. Reward는 구매, 판매, 경매, 교환 대상이 될 수 없으며 암호화폐나 기타 디지털 자산으로 교환할 수 없습니다.

3. Earning Rewards — 5% Calculation3. Reward 적립 — 5% 계산 기준

Rewards are earned at a rate of five percent (5%) of the qualified spend of a verified transaction at a participating ComCleaners Certified Partner. Qualified spend means the pre-tax subtotal of eligible cleaning services: sales tax, tips, gift-card purchases, fees, and refunded amounts are excluded. If a receipt subtotal cannot be determined, the transaction may be reviewed and the qualified spend determined by ComCleaners in good faith.Reward는 참여 ComCleaners 인증 파트너에서 검증 완료된 거래의 적격 지출액에 대해 5%의 비율로 적립됩니다. 적격 지출액은 대상 세탁 서비스의 세전 소계(subtotal)를 의미하며, 판매세, 팁, 상품권 구매, 수수료, 환불 금액은 제외됩니다. 영수증 소계를 확인할 수 없는 경우 해당 거래는 검토될 수 있으며, ComCleaners가 선의로 적격 지출액을 산정합니다.

Rewards are credited to your account as Pending and become Available after a verification period of up to seven (7) days following verification of the transaction. The reward rate and any per-order or account limits are set by ComCleaners and may be adjusted as described in Section 13.Reward는 계정에 보류(Pending) 상태로 기록되며, 거래 검증 후 최대 7일의 검증 기간이 지나면 사용 가능(Available) 상태가 됩니다. 리워드 비율과 주문별·계정별 한도는 ComCleaners가 정하며 제13조에 따라 조정될 수 있습니다.

Rewards are earned only on Verified Transactions. A transaction is "verified" when the partner confirms it and it passes ComCleaners' fraud and eligibility screening. A receipt that is uploaded but not yet partner-confirmed, or that is flagged for fraud review, does not earn Rewards until it is verified.Reward는 검증 완료된 거래(Verified Transaction)에만 적립됩니다. 거래가 파트너 확인을 거치고 ComCleaners의 부정행위·적격성 심사를 통과해야 "검증됨(verified)"으로 인정됩니다. 업로드만 되고 파트너 확인 전이거나 부정행위 검토 대상으로 분류된 영수증은 검증 완료 전까지 Reward를 적립하지 못합니다.

4. EARN OR REDEEM — Not Both on the Same Transaction4. 적립 또는 사용 — 한 거래에서 동시에 불가

You may earn Rewards or redeem Rewards on a transaction — not both. If any ComCleaners Rewards are redeemed on a transaction (in whole or in part, any amount greater than $0.00), the entire transaction is ineligible to earn new Rewards. The remaining cash or card payment on that transaction does not earn a partial Reward.한 거래에서는 Reward를 적립하거나 사용할 수 있으며, 둘을 동시에 적용할 수 없습니다. 거래에서 ComCleaners Reward를 일부라도($0.00 초과 금액을 전부 또는 일부) 사용한 경우, 해당 거래 전체가 새로운 Reward 적립 대상에서 제외됩니다. 해당 거래의 잔여 현금·카드 결제분에 대한 부분 적립도 이루어지지 않습니다.

Example: on a $100 transaction where $5 in Rewards is used, no new Rewards are earned on the $95 balance.예시: $100 거래에서 $5 Reward를 사용한 경우, 잔여 $95에 대한 새로운 Reward는 적립되지 않습니다.

This rule is enforced in our systems when rewards are issued. Rewards redeemed at one participating Partner also make a subsequent receipt for the same transaction ineligible to earn Rewards, even if the receipt is uploaded again.이 규칙은 시스템에서 Reward 발행 시 강제 적용됩니다. 한 참여 파트너에서 Reward를 사용한 거래의 영수증을 다시 업로드하더라도 해당 거래는 새로운 Reward 적립 대상에서 제외됩니다.

5. Receipt Submission and Verification Deadline5. 영수증 제출 및 검증 기한

A receipt must be uploaded within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date to be eligible for Rewards. Receipts are verified after the partner confirms the transaction (or the receipt otherwise passes verification). Verification timing may vary and is not guaranteed within a fixed period. ComCleaners may request additional information, including a clearer photo or transaction details, before verification.영수증은 Reward 적립 대상이 되기 위해 거래일로부터 14일 이내에 업로드되어야 합니다. 영수증은 파트너가 거래를 확인하거나 기타 검증 절차를 통과한 후 검증됩니다. 검증 시기는 달라질 수 있으며 특정 기간 내 완료를 보장하지 않습니다. ComCleaners는 검증 전에 더 선명한 사진이나 거래 정보 등 추가 자료를 요청할 수 있습니다.

6. Duplicate Receipts6. 중복 영수증

Each receipt may be submitted once for Rewards. Duplicate submissions of the same receipt image, or receipts with the same invoice number for the same partner, are rejected. Re-uploading a receipt for a transaction on which Rewards were already redeemed does not earn new Rewards (see Section 4).영수증은 1회만 제출할 수 있습니다. 동일한 영수증 이미지의 중복 제출, 또는 동일 파트너에 대한 동일 인보이스 번호 영수증은 거부됩니다. Reward가 이미 사용된 거래의 영수증을 다시 업로드해도 새로운 Reward는 적립되지 않습니다(제4조 참조).

7. Refunds and Reversals7. 환불 및 취소(Reversal)

If a transaction is refunded, cancelled, or reversed, any Rewards earned on that transaction will be reversed and deducted from your Reward balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, subsequent earnings may be offset until the reversed amount is recovered. Rewards already redeemed on a refunded transaction are handled in accordance with the partner's refund policy and applicable law.거래가 환불, 취소 또는 취소 처리(reversal)되는 경우, 해당 거래로 적립된 Reward는 취소되어 Reward 잔액에서 차감됩니다. 잔액이 취소분을 충당하기에 부족한 경우, 회수가 완료될 때까지 이후 적립분에서 공제될 수 있습니다. 환불된 거래에서 이미 사용된 Reward는 파트너의 환불 정책 및 관련 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.

8. Where Rewards Can Be Used8. Reward 사용 가능 범위

Rewards may be redeemed only at participating ComCleaners Certified Partners, for eligible services, up to the redemption percentage limit disclosed at the time of redemption (currently 50% of the transaction). Redemption may be temporarily limited or suspended in specific locations while the partner network activates. "Network-wide redemption coming as participating locations activate" means that redemption across the partner network becomes available as additional locations are onboarded and activated.Reward는 참여 ComCleaners 인증 파트너에서 대상 서비스에 한해, 사용 시점에 고지되는 사용 한도(현재 거래 금액의 50%) 범위 내에서만 사용할 수 있습니다. 파트너 네트워크 활성화 과정에서 특정 지역의 사용이 일시 제한되거나 중단될 수 있습니다. "참여 세탁소 활성화에 따른 네트워크 사용 제공 예정"은 추가 지역이 온보딩·활성화됨에 따라 파트너 네트워크 전반의 사용이 가능해짐을 의미합니다.

9. Expiration9. 유효기간 (만료)

As of the effective date of these Terms, Rewards do not expire. Available Rewards remain in your account until used, reversed for refunds, or forfeited under Section 11 (account closure) or Section 12 (fraud). If ComCleaners later introduces an expiration policy, it will apply only prospectively with advance notice as required by law, and will not affect Rewards already earned.본 약관 시행일 기준으로 Reward는 만료되지 않습니다. 사용 가능한 Reward는 사용, 환불로 인한 취소, 또는 제11조(계정 폐쇄)·제12조(부정행위)에 따른 소멸이 있을 때까지 계정에 유지됩니다. ComCleaners가 추후 만료 정책을 도입하는 경우, 법률이 요구하는 사전 고지와 함께 새로 적립되는 Reward부터만 적용되며 기존 Reward에는 소급되지 않습니다.

10. No Transfer; Prohibited Conduct10. 양도 금지 및 금지행위

Rewards are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or shared between accounts or persons, whether for consideration or otherwise. Pooling, aggregating, or brokered use of Rewards across accounts is prohibited. You may not use automated means, multiple accounts, or false receipts to earn Rewards. Only receipts for transactions you actually paid at a participating Partner may be submitted.Reward는 계정 소유자 개인에게 귀속되며, 대가 여부와 관계없이 계정 간 또는 개인 간 양도, 판매, 증여, 공유할 수 없습니다. 계정 간 Reward 모으기·통합·중개 사용은 금지됩니다. 자동화 수단, 다중 계정, 허위 영수증으로 Reward를 적립할 수 없으며, 실제 본인이 참여 파트너에서 결제한 거래의 영수증만 제출할 수 있습니다.

11. Account Closure11. 계정 폐쇄

If you close your account, or your account is terminated for violation of these Terms or the ComCleaners Terms of Service, any unused Rewards are forfeited. Rewards have no cash value and are not payable upon closure.고객이 계정을 폐쇄하거나, 본 약관 또는 ComCleaners 이용약관 위반으로 계정이 해지되는 경우, 미사용 Reward는 소멸됩니다. Reward는 현금 가치가 없으며 계정 폐쇄 시 금전으로 지급되지 않습니다.

12. Fraud and Holds12. 부정행위 및 보류

ComCleaners may hold, delay, reverse, or cancel Rewards where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, duplicate claims, altered receipts, or violation of these Terms — including at the verification stage. Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of all Rewards and closure of your account. We may use automated fraud scoring on submissions.ComCleaners는 부정행위, 남용, 중복 청구, 변조된 영수증 또는 본 약관 위반이 합리적으로 의심되는 경우 — 검증 단계 포함 — Reward를 보류, 지연, 취소 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다. 부정행위가 확인되면 전체 Reward 소멸 및 계정 폐쇄 조치가 이루어질 수 있습니다. 제출물에 자동화된 부정 행위 스코어링을 적용할 수 있습니다.

13. Program Changes13. 프로그램 변경

ComCleaners may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards program, including the earning rate, qualified spend definition, redemption limits, and partner participation, as permitted by law. Material adverse changes will be disclosed in advance where required, and earned Rewards will be honored in accordance with applicable law, including California Civil Code requirements for promotional loyalty programs.ComCleaners는 법률이 허용하는 범위 내에서 적립률, 적격 지출액 정의, 사용 한도, 파트너 참여를 포함한 리워드 프로그램을 변경, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 중대한 불리한 변경은 법률이 요구하는 경우 사전에 고지되며, 이미 적립된 Reward는 캘리포니아 민법의 프로모션 로열티 프로그램 관련 요건을 포함한 관련 법령에 따라 존중됩니다.

14. California Notice; Legal Review14. 캘리포니아 고지 및 법률 검토

These Terms are intended to comply with California law applicable to promotional loyalty programs, under which promotional awards offered free of charge are generally not subject to gift certificate expiration restrictions. The classification of promotional awards and any future expiration policy will be confirmed by legal counsel before implementation. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.본 약관은 무료로 제공되는 프로모션 어워드가 일반적으로 상품권 유효기간 규제의 적용을 받지 않는다는 캘리포니아 프로모션 로열티 프로그램 관련 법률을 준수하기 위한 것입니다. 프로모션 어워드의 분류 및 향후 만료 정책은 시행 전 법률 자문을 통해 확인됩니다. 본 약관의 어떠한 내용도 관련 법률상 포기할 수 없는 권리를 포기하는 것으로 해석되지 않습니다.
